Because we are selling games, puzzles and solutions, we cannot allow refunds since these products are creative and therefore vulnerable to reverse engineering and possible duplication of our custom designs. We do stand behind our products and will honor a 30 day repair or replace warranty under a normal wear and tear condition. If we determine the product was subjected to abnormal use, we reserve the right to deny a repair or replace option. Shipping of parts or product will be extra and paid by the customer. After the 30 day warranty, we will continue to support our customers with any parts needed at fair and reasonable prices to help maintain the products operate as expected.
